Good practice for paragraphs

The BBC News article that we looked at earlier in this course uses paragraphs effectively. You will notice that each paragraph in this article is only one sentence long. This breaks up the text and makes it easier to read.

Deciding how long a paragraph should be depends on the context of your content. However, to keep your content accessible to a general audience, it is better to keep paragraphs short.
